Undyed, bleached wild tussah silk lace yarn is a soft and gorgeous, lustrous gossamer weight 2 ply cobweb yarn with a wonderful drape and awesome stitch definition, making it a perfect knitting/crocheting yarn for shawls, stoles, and other lacy items or as a weaving yarn for scarves and clothing.
Ideal for dyeing with Wash-fast Acid Dyes.
This yarn can be dry cleaned or hand washed in warm water and dried flat. Washing will bring out silk’s incredible luster, so I recommend hand washing.
Tussah Silk also has an amazing ability to breathe, so that it keeps you warm when it’s cold, and cool when it’s warm. Whatever you make with this yarn will be very special!
Go ahead- wrap yourself or a loved one in luxury. You deserve it!!
